E-Trade Banner Advertising Terms And Conditions

The Advertiser's placement of an order indicates full acceptance of these Terms And Conditions.

Impression (definition): each new time the Banner Advertisement is downloaded to and displayed on a viewers computer screen.

Bookings

Advertising bookings can be requested via our "Contact Us" page or by email to e-trade@e-trade.com.au . Please provide your requirements (ie. total impressions, preferred start date, description/subject of banner ad, any other relevant information). E-Trade will attempt to begin the Advertiser's campaign within forty-eight hours of receipt of the Advertiser's order, payment and Banner Advertisement file and/or in keeping with the arranged schedule.

Terms Of Payment

1. The Advertiser's official Purchase Order and payment must be received by E-Trade a minimum of three (3) days prior to the commencement of the Advertising campaign.
2. The Advertiser will be sent a receipted invoice upon E-Trade's acceptance of order and clearance of payment.

Reserved Rights

E-Trade reserves the right to refuse any Advertising request or booking, or to cancel Banner Advertisements that do not fulfill the obligations set out in these Terms & Conditions. E-Trade does not accept Banner Advertising requests or bookings from organisations selling services or products relating to cigarettes, firearms or sex. E-Trade reserves the right to make editorial changes to the Banner Advertisement program and the frequency of Banner Advertisement changes for each Advertiser. This document is not an offer by E-Trade to supply Advertising space. E-Trade reserves the right to reject Banner Advertisements considered unacceptable for any reason whatsoever.

Indemnity

Banner Advertising is accepted and published entirely on the consideration that the Banner Advertiser and/or Advertising Agency indemnifies and saves E-Trade harmless from and against any claims or suits based upon any aspect of subject matter of the Banner Advertisement.

Banner Placement

Banner Advertisements are positioned near the top of specified HTML documents or pages.
Banner Advertisements appear when the page is first displayed on the viewer's computer screen.
Unless otherwise agreed, a client's Banner Advertisements will appear on a rotational basis with other clients' Banner Advertisements until the ordered number of impressions has been reached.

Limited Liability

In the event E-Trade is unable to fulfill the frequency (volume) of contracted Banner Advertisement placements, E-Trade's liability is limited to a refund of fees adjusted on a pro-rata basis or continuation of the Banner Advertiser's program until the contracted volume is fulfilled.
